What is your return policy?

At this time, all sales are considered final. If you have an issue with your order, please contact bwcamade@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to work with you on a solution.


What if my order is lost or damaged?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact bwcamade@gmail.com within the 30-day timeframe.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, so long as the print fulfillment has not gone through. If it has, we will work with you on a solution.
